Booking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Yogyakarta Holiday! Before making a reservation, please read and understand the following terms and conditions. By booking with us, you agree to all applicable terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or email
All bookings will be confirmed within 24 hours after we receive your request.
For last-minute bookings (less than 24 hours before departure), please contact us directly via WhatsApp for immediate assistance.

2. Payment

Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon payment methods.
A minimum 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 day before the end of tour.
We will send payment confirmation and booking details after the payment is received.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made by the customer before departure will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
- More than 7 days before departure: 80% refund of the total payment.
- 3-7 days before departure: 50% refund of the total payment.
- Less than 3 days before departure: No refund.
If the cancellation is made by Yogyakarta Holiday due to certain reasons (such as extreme weather conditions or factors beyond our control), the customer is entitled to a full refund or rescheduling of the trip.

4. Rescheduling

Changes to the tour schedule can be made with at least 3 days' notice before the departure date, subject to availability.
If changes result in a price difference, the customer must adjust the payment accordingly.

5. Responsibility & Force Majeure

Yogyakarta Holiday is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents, transportation delays, or events beyond our control.
In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel restrictions, we will strive to provide the best possible solution for our customers.

6. Service & Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to providing the best service to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.
If you have any complaints during your trip, please contact us immediately so we can address them as soon as possible.
