Kedung Kayang Waterfall is a hidden gem on the border of Magelang and Boyolali Regencies in Central Java. This waterfall offers stunning natural views with Mount Merapi and Mount Merbabu in the background. The 40-meter-high waterfall is surrounded by lush green trees, creating a cool and peaceful atmosphere. There are two main routes to enjoy this waterfall: 
Upper route : Visitors can enjoy the view of the waterfall from an observation spot without having to go down. Then the lower trail : For those in good physical condition, you can take a fairly steep and long trekking path to get closer to the waterfall. 
After exploring the waterfall, we will take you to Borobudur Temple, about a 1-hour journey, to explore the largest Buddhist temple in the world, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

07.30 – 09.30 > Drive to Kedung Kayang waterfall
09.30 – 11.00 > Explore the waterfall with Merapi volcano as a view
11.00 – 12.00 > Drive to Borobudur temple
12.00 – 14.30 > Explore the Borobudur temple
14.30 – 16.00 > Drive back to your accommodation in Yogyakarta

How long is the walk close to the waterfall?
You will walk about 30 minutes through several stairs & paved path, also available a taxi bike ( Ojek ) with price IDR 25.000 ( optional )
