BOROBUDUR TEMPLE 

Borobudur Temple is the largest Buddhist temple in the world located in Magelang, Central Jawa. This Built in the 8th and 9th centuries AD by the Syailendra Dynasty, this temple is a masterpiece of Buddhist architecture, with its mandala-shaped structure symbolizing the journey to enlightenment. This UNESCO World Heritage site features six square terraces topped by three circular courtyards. Consists of nine levels, namely six square terraces at the bottom and three circular courtyards at the top.

PRAMBANAN TEMPLE

Prambanan Temple is the largest and the most magnificent Hindu temple complex in Indonesia, built in the 9th century AD and a legacy of the Ancient Mataram Kingdom. There are three main temples that soar high, they are the Shiva Temple (the tallest, 47 meters), the Vishnu Temple and the Brahma Temple, each adorned with carvings and reliefs. In addition to the main temples, there are 240 other temples within the complex, including smaller temples such as Apit Temple, Kelir Temple, and Patok Temple. This temple was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991.

MADAKARIPURA WATERFALL

Madakaripura Waterfall is a 200-meter-high waterfall in East Java, Indonesia, known as the highest on the island of Java and the second highest in Indonesia. Located within Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, the waterfall is surrounded by towering cliffs and is also called the "Eternal Waterfall" because of its consistent water flow. Its name is linked to the legendary Majapahit prime minister, Gajah Mada, and the site is considered a spiritual place with a cave believed to be his hermitage.

BROMO VOLCANO

Mount Bromo is an active volcano in East Java, Indonesia, famous for its breathtaking scenery, especially the "Sea of Sand" around it and the spectacular sunrise. It is a major tourist attraction in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park and is named after the Hindu creator God, Brahma.

MOUNT IJEN 

Mount Ijen is an active volcano in East Java, Indonesia, famous for its turquoise-colored acidic crater lake and the "blue fire" phenomenon, where burning sulfur gases create electric-blue flames at night. The mountain is also the site of a physically demanding traditional sulfur mining operation, where miners carry heavy loads of sulfur from the crater to earn a livelihood. 

The blue fire is a natural phenomenon caused by the combustion of sulfur gases emitted from volcanic vents. It is most spectacular at night, between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m., and is one of the few places in the world where it can be observed.

08.45 – 11.30 > Borobudur temple tour
11.30 – 13.00 > Drive to Prambanan temple
13.00 – 14.45 > Prambanan temple tour
14.45 – 15.00 > Drive back to your accommodation in Yogyakarta

DAY 2, YOGYAKARTA – BROMO

Pick up from your accommodation at 07.30 am ( Check out )
07.30 – 13.30 > Drive to Madakaripura Waterfall through the highway ( Stop for lunch at the rest area )
13.30 – 15.30 > Enjoy the Madakaripura waterfall as the highest waterfall in Jawa
15.30 – 16.30 > Drive to your accommodation in Bromo at Cemoro Lawang village ( Overnight )

DAY 3, BROMO SUNRISE TOUR – IJEN

Pick up by 4x4 jeep from your accommodation at 02.30 am
02.30 – 03.30 > Jeep ride to Pananjakan hill as a viewpoint for sunrise
03.30 – 04.15 > Enjoy your coffee or tea break then walk 100m to the sunrise point
04.15 – 06.00 > Enjoy the sunrise with view of Bromo Volcano, Semeru Volcano, Mt. Batok & Widodaren hill from the top
06.00 – 06.45 > Drive down to Mt. Bromo by jeep
06.45 – 08.00 > Visit the crater of Mt. Bromo
08.00 – 08.45 > Take photo in the sea of sand then return to your accommodation for breakfast
08.45 – 10.00 > Enjoy your breakfast & take a shower then prepare to check out
10.00 – 15.00 > Drive from Bromo – Ijen ( Overnight )

DAY 4, IJEN BLUE FIRE – KETAPANG PORT / BALI ISLAND

Pick up from your accommodation in Ijen area at 00.30 ( midnight )
00.30 – 01.30 > Drive to Ijen Paltuding
01.30 – 02.00 > Briefing session & preparation 
02.00 – 04.00 > Start the 2-hour hike to the blue fire spot
04.00 – 06.30 > Enjoy the Blue fire, sunrise & the blue lake from the top
06.30 – 08.00 > Walk back down to the base camp, the starting point of the trip
08.00 – 10.00 > Drive back to hotel for breakfast, take a shower & prepare for check out
10.00 – 11.00 > Drive to Ketapang Port as your last destination in Jawa to cross to Bali island by ferry ( end of trip ) or we can take you to Bali to your next destination ( Pamuteran, Munduk, Denpasar, Ubud ). "The decision is yours."

Is Ijen recommended for the children?

Yes, children aged 10 years and above can visit Mount Ijen, provided they are physically fit enough to hike. If hiking with children, it is highly recommended to hire a local guide to accompany you to the blue fire area.

Don't force yourself to see the Blue Fire in the early hours (2:00 AM). Start hiking at 3:30 or 4:00 AM WIB. The air has started to warm up, the trail is clearly visible, and the sulfur gas is usually not as strong as it is at night.
